Sentosa Cove is no stranger to luxurious and extravagant homes, and this “super” penthouse at Reflections at Keppel Bay, owned by Mathilda Koh, founder and CEO of Bioskin, fits right in with the neighbourhood.
Boasting 6 bedrooms, this 99-year leasehold luxury villa was purchased for $14.155 million and was originally built in 2011. But this isn’t Mathilda’s first foray into the exclusive enclave—she previously owned a bungalow plot in the neighbourhood and currently has an investment unit at the nearby Seascape condo.
Since her purchase last year, she’s transformed the 7,968sqft penthouse into a modern-luxe retreat with customised flair. Here’s what we love about her new Sentosa Cove penthouse.
1. A separate walk-in wardrobe for designer shoes & bags

The penthouse features a jaw-dropping “museum” of designer shoes and handbags, lined with Hermes’ signature orange boxes. Rows of bags in every colour imaginable, from classic blacks to bold pinks, pop vividly against the room’s soft beige walls. Everything is organised by colour and size, resembling a high-end boutique more than a personal closet.

Her Birkin collection is the star of the show, taking centre stage with more pieces than you’d find in a typical Hermes boutique, including rare exotic leather designs. With fellow Sentosa Cove resident Jamie Chua, also known for her extensive Birkin collection, it’s no wonder this neighbourhood is considered one of Singapore’s most luxurious enclaves.
2. Boutique-style walk-in closet

Of course, a luxurious collection of shoes and bags is complemented by an equally stylish wardrobe. A room is dedicated to housing a massive walk-in wardrobe, complete with clear glass doors to create a window-shopping experience right at home.
A plush green lounge chair sits in the centre of the room, offering a cosy spot to relax while trying on outfits, making the space feel like a private designer showroom. The spacious layout and refined finishes make this closet both functional and indulgent, striking a balance between everyday practicality with glamorous living.
3. Statement firework chandeliers

It’s impossible to miss the firework-inspired lights that illuminate the heart of Mathilda’s home. Suspended at different heights, the lights add a sense of liveliness to the home and transform the stairwell into a striking focal point.
The home’s reflective ceiling amplifies the lights’ radiant glow, casting subtle reflections across the space and making the penthouse feel even more expansive.
4. Master bedroom with uninterrupted views

The master bedroom exudes grandeur and luxury, enveloped in floor-to-ceiling windows that offer uninterrupted views of the CBD and Tanjong Golf Course while bathing the room in natural light.
A statement chandelier anchors the room, casting a warm glow over the black and metallic gold panelling to add a touch of drama. Like a luxury hotel suite, plush bedding and a cosy sofa nook by the windows create a retreat so relaxing that you might just forget you’re in Singapore.
5. Personal study meets art studio

Beyond the refined finishes, Mathilda’s creative spirit is reflected in different corners of the home. Her study doubles as a mini art studio, filled with bold oil paintings she’s crafted herself, a large wooden desk, and even a massage chair for when she needs to unwind, adding an eclectic contrast to the penthouse’s sleek design.
Each painting takes between 3 and 6 months to complete, and they’re displayed throughout the corridors and living areas, transforming the penthouse into her personal art gallery.
6. Living & dining room the size of 2 jumbo flats

One of the home’s standout features is its massive living room, perfect for family gatherings or hosting friends. The open-plan layout is surrounded by natural light and greenery that extends out to the balcony, creating an airy atmosphere that makes the space feel even larger.
Just like the rest of the home, an elegant chandelier and reflective ceiling serve as focal points, enhancing the sense of height and space.

Between the living and dining areas lies the base of the grand staircase, anchored by a bonsai display that softens the metallic accents found throughout the home. It’s paired with an eccentric giraffe chandelier statue, adding a whimsical touch that reflects Mathilda’s playful side.

The expansive dining area continues the home’s grandeur, with tall windows offering panoramic city views. Overhead, a crystal chandelier casts a soft glow on a long wooden dining table paired with plush upholstered chairs—the kind of elegant setup you’d expect in a K-drama dinner scene.
