We’ve showcased the homes of many collectors here in Uchify, from an avid One Piece collector to another that dedicated a display shelf entirely to Bearbrick figurines, but this collection today might just take the cake as far as size is concerned. Today, the spotlight rests on Shawn, a true superfan, and one that has devoted much of his home to all things WWE.
Filled to the brim with merchandise sets, highly coveted limited edition items and even unique pieces gained only through his status as a superfan, this homeowner even joked that if he wanted to, he could charge money for people to visit this veritable museum dedicated to wrestling entertainment history.

$25k worth of built-ins to house his collection
A 5A model flat, this home comes with a very spacious 1,520sqft of real estate, which is good for Shawn, as he needed a good chunk of this floor space for his impressive collection. In fact, what you see now is only half of the living room area; behind the TV console is where the real magic lies.
Stacked from floor to ceiling, with every inch covered by a dizzying array of various figurines, trinkets and other WWE items, this “museum”, as Shawn dubbed it, was the result of 34 years of collecting. It began with birthday gifts or rewards for good grades, but the collecting only truly ramped up once he began working.
Besides figurines, the collection also includes books, magazines, shirts, recordings of the events as well as WWE games. Most of the shelves were done 12 years ago, whilst an additional shorter cabinets were added on both sides of the TV console recently to expand the display area.
All in all it was a $25K renovation, partly due to the size of the cabinets and partly because the stronger glass needed to support the items displayed. Whilst unsure of the actual weight limit of these glass shelves, Shawn has mentioned testing them, and is confident that they can more than withstand the weight of the merchandise displayed.
Spotlights and orange lighting were deliberately chosen to enhance the museum-like display effect here.
A veritable treasure trove of WWE merch that’s 34 years in the making
There are plenty of extensive and very complete displays here, but one of the many more standout sets from the collection would have to be the Hasbro series figurines, which are now out of production. In fact, Shawn informs us that one of the figurines, specifically an Series 11 Evil Crush, currently fetches about USD 500-700 in the market.

Undertaker fans, this one’s for you: still fresh in its original wrapping, this 20-0 win streak commemorative plaque for the wrestling legend houses a small piece of the ring rope from the match itself. Shawn confided that he has waited a long time to get this particular plaque, passing previous opportunities to get it in hopes to eventually acquire one with a neat, rounded number.
The other big showcase of superfan pride lies in these two ringside event chairs. The one on the left is a memento from a live show Shawn had attended for his birthday, whilst the other is a wrestlemania chair that’s just covered with signatures from wrestling superstars.
The whopping 30 autographs on there include the likes of The Rock, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, the Undertaker and Triple H. According to Shawn, some of these autographs are especially valuable as the stars rarely ever do signings for fans.

The most prized of Shawn’s collection of WWE items would have to be this rare Jakks Classic Superstar Signed Ultimate Warrior figurine. Whilst the figurine is sold in stores, Shawn shares that this comes straight out of the wrestler’s personal set, of which only 15 exist in the world.
These must be highly coveted by fans, coming with not only a certificate of authenticity, but also a photo of the wrestler himself holding the specific figurine. Just like with the Undertaker plaque, The numerology for this item is especially cherished by Shawn, being the 15th figurine of the set.
Shawn’s interest in wrestling lies not just internationally, but back home too. This Tag belt was worn by Singaporean WWE superstar Dante Chen, with another worn by Andruew Chen, the founder of the local company, Singapore Pro Wrestling. The belts are of special significance to Shawn, being belts from a charity auction.
Besides snagging these belts as a memento to remember the occasion by, Shawn himself contributed about $10K worth of his own figurines and autographs to the auction.

There’s even a $20K side collection of Dragon Ball Z figurines
Shawn does not only keep WWE items, as we’ve come to find out during our visit, with a floor-to-ceiling height cabinet reserved entirely for Dragon Ball Z figurines.
He talks about the collection having started at a similar time as the WWE one, and it has won him enough recognition to be invited as a VIP to events in Hong Kong, where he almost always snags a small haul of merchandise home. Some highlights from this collection include figurines of the character “Vegeta” that were signed by its voice actor, as well as a set portraying a romantic kissing scene.
“Dragonball is always about fighting and to see the main character presented with a romantic side to him brings out something special to me,” explained Shawn.
Sharing the joy of collecting with his son through Ultraman
Right behind the sofa are more, albeit smaller display cabinets, this time for Ultraman. These shelves are from IKEA, about $300, with an urban background that Shawn felt appropriate to the setting of the fights in the media franchise. Shawn is quite grateful for the support of his wife for allowing him to have as much space as he got for his collecting hobby.
“I do not know of many other wives who allow this,” he confided. “Most collections would be displayed in a room or selected pieces out in the display shelves in the hall.”
And Shawn has decided to share that joy with his son, who has taken an interest in the media franchise since 2015. The collection technically began when Shawn was 8, but only really took traction once his son got on board, beginning a 2-year buying spree that resulted in 250 figurines in a $4K collection.
An HDB flat with a WWE merch collection worth more than $400K
Whilst most of us don’t have $400K’s worth of collectibles that need displaying, plenty would probably appreciate, perhaps even live vicariously through seeing these love letters to a particular hobby.
In of themselves, the cabinets at this collector’s $80K HDB reno can be good references for your own display shelves, and the choice of setting aside half the living room for this veritable museum could be an inspiration for your own bold reno decisions.
