As of 8 June 2023, there are 9 units left for sale at The Atelier. This comprises six one-bedder units and three four-bedder units – all the other unit types are sold out. 

1-bedroom unit

The 6 1-bedroom units left are located between the 20th to 22nd floors, with prices ranging from $1,650,000 to $1,740,000. The developer is offering discounts of 7% to 9%, which translates to savings of $119,000 to $152,000. This brings down the price range of these 1-bedder units to $1,500,000 to $1,620,000, or an average psf of between $2,750 to $2,953.

As these 1-bedder units measure 549sqft, they’re best suited for singles, couples not intending to have children anytime soon, or investors looking to rent it out to international students or expats. According to analysis and insights we found online, the expected rental yield ranges between 3.12% to 3.57%, which isn’t too shabby.

4-bedroom unit

If you’re looking for something larger, the 4-bedder unit might be right up your alley. 

There are 3 4-bedder units left, located on the 21st or 22nd floors. The original prices for these units were $4,430,000, $4,460,000 and $4,760,000. After factoring the discounts, the new price tags stand at $4,030,000, $4,050,000 and $4,430,00. That’s effectively a $300,000 to $401,000 discount!

Overall, this translates to an average psf of $2,695 to $2,965. According to reports we found online, the lowest psf for a unit at The Atelier was $2,494 and the highest was $3,040, with an average psf of around $2,693. 

So even with the discount, you are trending on the higher side in terms of price, but bear in mind the value proposition that The Atelier brings, especially its location and unique architecture.

Size-wise, the four-bedroom units are all sized at 1,496sqft, which is significantly larger than their 5-room HDB BTO flat equivalent – about 1,216sqft. This makes it great for young families or couples looking to have children in the future. After all, kids will need space to run about at home.
