Sunday Bedding has made waves this year with its popular sales, and now the homegrown brand has settled into the hip neighbourhood of Joo Chiat with its new flagship store. They are no strangers to the area, having previously operated out of i12 Katong.
Situated alongside indie cafes and stores that give the neighbourhood its charm, the 900sqft flagship store makes you feel right at home. Here are 5 things we loved about their new flagship store.
1. A store designed like a real home

Embodying their refreshed brand message of “Your home throughout the seasons”, the flagship unfolds like a cosy home, with products thoughtfully arranged in each section.

Visitors first step into a living room corner, complete with lifestyle goods and wellness snacks, before moving into a wardrobe area featuring Sunday Bedding’s own loungewear and sustainable activewear from Malaysian brand Terrae.

The journey continues to a bedroom space showcasing the brand’s signature breathable bedsheets and core products, and finishes with a bathroom section to complete the home-like experience.
With its open layout and warm colours, the store feels less like a conventional retail space and more like stepping into someone’s home.
2. A curated mix of local and regional brands

The flagship brings together a selection of local and regional brands, many of which you might have spotted on Instagram or TikTok.

Highlights include 3D-printed lamps from Lampu Lampu (starting from $92), based in JB and known for their unique geometric designs inspired by Malaysian culture, and collapsible lunchboxes with carriers by kūpaa (from $45).

Other curated products also complement your bedtime ritual and daily routines. Artisanal candles and room sprays from Lilin + Co (starting from $29) add a calming atmosphere, while refillable cleaning products and aluminium pump bottles from Kinfill (from $9) are thoughtful additions for homeowners embracing sustainable living.
3. Hands-on experience before buying

Pillows, blankets, and fitted sheets are all on display, inviting shoppers to explore different materials before committing to a purchase. Prices start at $70 for fitted sheets, $110 for duvet covers, and $40 for a pair of pillowcases, making it easy to find something that fits both your comfort and your budget.

With various linens on display, you can feel the difference between bamboo, organic cotton, or even French linen, making it easier to find the perfect option for a good night’s rest.

If you’re not currently on the hunt for sheets, the store also offers other bedding essentials, such as their Cosy Waffle Throw ($120) and linen cushion sets (starting from $32), which make handy gifts for the festive season.
4. Loungewear for a cosy night in

Sunday Bedding’s own loungewear is displayed alongside their bedding, featuring soft, breathable fabrics such as bamboo sateen and French linen (both from $65).
Each piece feels as comforting as the brand’s signature bedsheets, turning your regular snooze into a luxurious experience.
5. Seasonal gifts and community pop-ups

Beyond the curated mix of local and regional brands perfect for festive gifting, Sunday Bedding will continue to host pop-ups showcasing a line-up of homegrown and regional makers.
