Even though it’s not located within the bustling city centre, Sol Acres still boasts easy connectivity to the rest of Singapore as it’s within half a kilometre of Keat Hong LRT station and Teck Whye LRT Station.

It’s smack dab in the middle of the bustling Orchard area and is only a few hundred metres away from various shopping malls and also boasts connectivity to numerous MRT stations, such as Great World MRT station and Somerset MRT.

Singapore condos in good locations under $1.2M

Having amenities a stone’s throw away from your home is also a big plus; that’s why it’s considered prime land and sought after by many – and why it’s usually rare to see these flats going for less than $1.2M.

All good things come with a catch, so don’t be too disappointed that most condos under this budget only come with 1 or 2 bedrooms.
