As you sojourn through the streets of Singapore, you wouldn’t be surprised to find yourself – and other buildings – dwarfed by crazy-tall condominiums. After all, when land is scarce, the sky’s the limit. Whether out of sheer curiosity or as part of your search for your future home in the clouds, we’ve compiled a list of 10 of the tallest condos in Singapore that look as though they’re hitting the stratosphere.

1. Skysuites@Anson – 250M

Standing at a whopping 250M is the resplendent Skysuites@Anson. With a total of 72 storeys, the condo guarantees panoramic views of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD), the port of Singapore and possibly even our sister islands.

The pictures pretty much speak for themselves; But to fuel your burgeoning jealousy, there are four levels of facilities for residents to truly indulge in the high life.

For starters, there’s an assortment of lap pools, jacuzzis, water features and gardens on the 7th floor. The Gallery on Level 31 is another tranquil spot with a games loft, billiards bar, workout zone, reading alcove and artist’s corner. Did we mention the entire floor is fitted with free Wi-Fi?

Level 56 is another delicious layer that houses a sunken yoga court, oriental tea garden, hammocks, hot spa, pantry and rain shower. But the topmost floor is where the magic truly happens. You’ll find tables and chairs scattered around the stargazing deck that gives you a bird’s eye view of Singapore.

2. Altez – 250M

Towering right next to Skysuites@Anson is Altez. These two buildings are a 1-minute walk apart so you’d be forgiven for mistaking one for the other since they’re both as tall at 250M.

The 280-unit project has one-bedder suites to 5-bedder ones, but aside from the sick view, the second biggest draw has to be the fact that 25 of the units here are duplex lofts sporting super high floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies.

Facilities wise, the Altez pulls all stops with its six levels of facilities comprising kid-friendly pools and play areas, a hydrotherapy spa pool, tennis court, pool cabanas, a gym and more. You’ll find a Tai Chi deck and outdoor amphitheatre on level 40, a heated spa pool on level 52, and a dining pavilion, aromatic garden and outdoor theatre on level 60.

Ask anyone where the best view in Singapore is, and one might tell you from the top of Marina Bay Sands’ observation deck. And while that stands true, any view around the Bay is highly coveted.

Live at The Sail @ Marina Bay, however, and you’ll get front row seats to the spectacular view of MBS, the Esplanade, Fullerton Hotel, and the Super Trees and domes of Gardens By The Bay.

Who needs a staycation when the view from your condo’s pool rivals that of MBS? Furthermore, residents also get the royal treatment with a hotel-standard concierge service to handle everything from your online shopping packages and food deliveries. What’s more, the condo’s gym even sports a mini standalone bouldering wall for climbing junkies.

4. The Orchard Residences – 218M

We almost expect to see sky-scraping condos peppered around the CBD, but here’s a contender over in the hood of Bukit Merah. Avenues South Residence is an upcoming 56-storey-tall condominium in District 3 that is due for completion in 2023 and features two twin towers that stand at 192M tall.

Given the condo’s proximity to both the Green Corridor (Southern End), Mount Faber and Sentosa; one can expect the best of both sea and land from the comforts of home.  Future residents of Avenue South can also expect communal terraces on the 19th and 36th storeys to chill out with your neighbours.

6. Wallich Residence- 290M

Wallich Residence is one condo we’re familiar with for the sheer fact that James Dyson purchased its super penthouse for $73.8M. That very same penthouse took the cake for being the most expensive condo unit in Singapore, too. So, it comes as no surprise that this giant in the sky is Singapore’s tallest condominium at a mind-boggling 290M above the ground.

Here’s a fun fact: Singapore’s imposed height restriction for buildings is 280M but Wallich Residence is the only building in Singapore to obtain a special license to build beyond that.

Wallich Residence’s facilities don’t disappoint either. Along with the condo’s main facilities such as their bbq pits, viewing decks and cabanas, you’ve also got an infinity pool with a vantage point better than most hotels in the country at 180 floors above sea level. Their Cloud 220 club space contains a networking space, mini theatre, library, and gourmet dining room alongside two gardens.

And the cherry on top? The Apex, the glass-encased viewing deck that gives residents an aerial perspective of Singapore city.

Reflections at Keppel Bay is undisputedly one of the most architecturally stunning condominiums in Singapore, with its cluster of curved peaks looking much like a futuristic dystopian city in itself.  And at 160M tall, Reflections at Keppel Bay may not have the height advantage here, but its location grants it unique views of the Keppel Bay marina, the keppel harbour and the waterways of Sentosa Cove.

This means that cruising yachts and speeding jet skis will be a common sight from your bedroom window.  Also, units that face away from the harbour will also be treated to expansive views of the Telok Blangah’s rolling hills, Mount Faber and Henderson Waves.

On the inside, the condos biggest highlights are its massive reflecting pool at 100,000 sq ft plus an Olympic-style swimming pool alongside cruising ships that add to the overall aesthetic of the compound.

The building is punctuated by sky terraces on four floors: 4th, 14th, 24th and 40th. This gives residents different vantage points of the surrounding neighbourhood which overlooks Tanglin and Delta Swimming Complex next door.

But this residential condominium makes the list at 130M-tall, with viewing towers on the 37th floor of both its twin peaks. Located in the heart of Bishan, Sky Vue is well-connected to Bishan Park, Bishan Stadium and the MRT station a 3-minute walk away.
