Premium finish with touch controls

First up, the aesthetics: Küche isn’t here to play with this one, because the Intelligent Gas Hob is finished in matte black tempered glass that would blend right into a modern luxe kitchen aesthetic.
The wide 270° knob with nine distinct flame levels, together with the built-in temperature sensor, give you extra precise temperature control.
Completing the look is the smooth black panel near the bottom of the hob, featuring touchscreen buttons which allow you to choose your cooking modes, set a custom timer and/or temperature, and a screen that shows you the current temperature of your flame.
Intelligent HeatShield
You’d not be remiss to step away from the stove, because the hob automatically cuts off the gas supply when cooking temperatures exceed a safety threshold of 280°C. This helps stop the situation from escalating, reducing the risk of fire and damage to the cookware.
Pre-programmed smart cooking modes
With 5 pre-programmed cooking modes, the Küche Intelligent Gas Hob is designed to make everyday cooking easier to manage:
- Soup mode: A 90-minute programme which automatically brings your soup to a boil, then lowers the heat to let it simmer.
- Steam mode: A 30-minute setting which keeps the water in your wok at a steady boil. You can customise the steaming time too.
- Pan fry mode: Automatically maintains the temperature of your oil at 150°C, or whatever temperature you set.
- Boiling mode: A default 10-minute, high-heat setting which brings your liquids to a boil. Adjust the timing as required.
- Deep fry mode: Sets the fire at 200°C, or customisable as your recipe requires, to enable a consistent deep-frying temperature.
TL;DR: the hob’s Intelligent Cooking System automatically dials the flame intensity and cooking duration based on the cooking mode selected, with the option for you to tweak it to suit your cooking style. Did we mention? This gas hob is packed with a 4.2W burner so you can achieve that kiss of wok hei even at home.
Seamless remote control
Bundled in with all these exciting features are the Küche smart gas hob’s remote control that allows you to effortlessly monitor and manage your kitchen through the iAppliances app (Apple | Android), a one-stop shop through which you’d get an overview of all your Küche and Life by City Energy smart products.
In the case of the gas hob, the app allows you to monitor and control your stove remotely, in case you forget to turn off the flame before leaving home in a hurry.
Even if you had just stepped away, but have your hands tied and can’t immediately return to the stove, all you’d need is to tap into your app, and you would be able to turn down the flames or switch it off with ease.
