With the ever-increasing property prices in Singapore, it’s no wonder that people have begun choosing to move across the Causeway to Johor Bahru (JB) and commute to work here. If you’re looking to do so as well, put Skypark Kepler on your list of properties to check out when it hits the market.
Freehold waterfront living

First and foremost of the perks you can expect from units at Skypark Kepler is its freehold tenure, and prime location along the waterfront━the 54-storey twin towers house more than 800 units with panoramic views of the Straits of Johor.
Skypark Kepler is part of the Lido Waterfront Boulevard, a waterfront mixed development site that sits on prime reclaimed land with commercial, wellness, hospitality, residential, education and other recreational amenities. These are set to include a coastal boardwalk, green park, and even a cultural centre━all within the estate.
Fully furnished 2- to 5-bedroom units with luxury fittings & perks

Then, we zoom in to look at the flats within Skypark Kepler: the “ultra-luxurious” serviced apartments have been developed in partnership with Singapore’s own Banyan Group, so you can honestly expect to live pretty fancy here.
To quote Ong Chou Wen, CEO of property developer Tropicana Corp, “It’s as good as just bringing your luggage and living there.” That’s because each of these units comes fully furnished with luxury fittings such as Samsung air conditioning, washer-dryer units, smart TV and fridges, Bosch and Miele kitchen appliances, Kohler sanitary ware, and Sealy mattresses.
There are flat options of all sizes too━from 2- to 5-bedroom options ranging from 680sqft to the largest, which span more than 2,200sqft. While floorplans are not available at point of writing, all the units are said to come with flexible layouts.
P.S.: Other appliances each unit comes with include AI smart locks and even robot vacuums; each unit also gives you access to the Banyan Sanctuary Club, which gives you preferential rates at all Banyan properties worldwide.
10 minutes from upcoming Bukit Chagar RTS Station

All the luxurious touches aside, Skypark Kepler is also highly accessible if you’re looking at the estate’s connectivity with Singapore. It’s just 10 minutes away from the soon-to-be-ready RTS Link Bukit Chagar Station, and 15 minutes from the Woodlands Causeway.

FYI, the upcoming Rapid Transit System Link (RTS) is set to be completed in 2026, and will get you from RTS Link Bukit Chagar Station to Woodlands North MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) in just 6 minutes.
Prices from RM2,100psf (~S$631.70psf)

Living here, one might think, sounds like the equivalent of staying in Sentosa Cove or in the Marina Bay area. However, while the price per square foot (PSF) of these prime properties in Singapore goes to as much as $5,000psf, you’re looking at RM2,100psf (~S$631.70psf) at Skypark Kepler.
For ease of comparison, a quick search on PropertyGuru shows 2 options for sale at this PSF━a landed condo unit at The Vision in West Coast, built in 2015, and a single-storey semi-D near Hillview MRT Station that has 22 years left on its lease. Both of these are 99-year tenure properties, versus Skypark Kepler’s freehold lease.
