Their love for the past is clear in every item on display. Each piece is described as an “artwork that can talk”, sharing its story through intricate carvings and visuals.
Aside from item curation, PK’s love for the trade is clearly seen in the way he reimagines what might otherwise be scrap into completely unique pieces.
His passion for breathing new life into forgotten objects is evident in pieces like coasters upcycled from reclaimed wood and porcelain shards, or ornate lamps made from broken vases.
The store also features hand-painted wall art by Jacob’s sister, Beth Cheong AKA Bei Le Xian, adding a contemporary flair to the collection.
Bei Le Xian offers a variety of charming handmade prints starting at $18. Take a look at her website here.
