Beyond making the headlines for TWICE’s ongoing world tour, TWICE member Momo is back in the spotlight with her latest big move. Back in October, the K-pop star reportedly dropped a whopping S$3.8M (₩4.27 billion KRW) in cash on an apartment at Arcadia Signature in Achiul Village.
Often called “Korea’s Beverly Hills”, Achiul Village is home to celebrities seeking privacy while staying close to the city. With a cash flex few of us can even imagine, here’s a peek into Momo’s new celebrity hideaway.

Completed in May 2023, Arcadia Signature is a luxury residence that embodies exclusivity with just 6 standard units and 2 penthouses. Celebrities who have called this address home include actress-singer Nana and actress Han So Hee, who purchased her penthouse in August 2024.

Located in the heart of Achiul Village (aka Artist’s Village), the neighbourhood has become a magnet for Korean celebrities. It’s known for housing the former marital home of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, alongside other star-studded residences, including JYP Entertainment’s Park Jin Young. Adding to its prestige, the area also features Grand Walkerhill Seoul, a renowned 5-star hotel.
Recent reports suggest that properties here go for roughly ₩4–5 billion KRW (S$4.32–5.4M) and up. For a local point of reference, it’s comparable to Singapore’s luxury enclaves like Nassim Road and Sentosa Cove, where the rich and famous value privacy and proximity to the city.

Arcadia Signature spans 6 storeys in total, with 2 basement levels and 4 above-ground floors. The development prides itself on introducing the first private access driveway in Achiul Village, allowing residents to come and go without being seen by the public—a major perk for celebrity homeowners who value their privacy.

Other amenities at Arcadia Signature include a private fitness centre and a communal lounge, giving the complex a hotel-like vibe. With its secluded layout and tight security, the complex offers a calm retreat while staying close to the city.

The unit also features a private garden terrace with panoramic views of the Han River and Achasan Mountain, creating the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation after a hectic schedule.

According to Arcadia Signature, every home is fitted with high-end European furniture and appliances from brands such as Molteni&C, Arclinea, and Gessi. Combining a modern layout with serene greenery, her apartment offers a spacious retreat between tours and recordings.
TWICE’s Momo’s new apartment villa in Arcadia Signature
Momo’s purchase mirrors that of fellow TWICE member Jihyo, who invested in a S$3.6M (₩4 billion KRW) building in Seongsu last year. Her all-cash purchase speaks volumes about TWICE’s global success and is a far cry from Singapore’s luxury housing market, where even high-net-worth buyers often opt for partial financing due to additional buyer’s stamp duty (ABSD) and high interest rates.
Here’s hoping we’ll get a peek inside Momo’s new home once it’s fully done, and maybe catch a glimpse of her personal taste and creativity beyond the stage.
